ところで、ニコニコ動画やPixivで、ランキングが初音ミクや腐女子に乗っ取られたと言っている人を見た時は、「なんで検索ってものをしないんだ？」と思った。今時、自分の気に入るものくらい、自分でいくらでも探しに行けるのに。それがネットというものなのに。鳥の雛のように、口を開けてじっと待っていれば、誰かが餌を運んできてくれる世界がお望みなのだろうか。
自分の好みがあまりにもマニアックすぎて、いくら探しても無いというわけではないだろう。そもそもそういう人は、最初から自分のことを「本流」だと思っていないので、乗っ取られたとか言わないはずだ。乗っ取られたとか言うのは、本来なら自分が「本流」であるはずだという意識があるからだろう。そもそも、運営側が広く間口を設けるスタンスを取っている場所において、それを「俺らの場所」だと思い込むのは、それこそ乗っ取りではないか。
